Observation

The handmade crayons are choking hazards - provider removed. There are 2 window blinds in the main childcare area that are capable of forming loops. The glass sliding door does not have anything placed on it to prevent children from walking into to it. In the back yard there is a sheet of wood covering the crawl space access that has splinters and sharp edges.
